All product inquiries, quotations, and procurement contracts facilitated via our platform or through our commercial partners (such as **PinPools GmbH** or **neoPolymer Co., Ltd.**) are subject to separate formal commercial agreements, logistics documentation, and purchase orders.

3. Compliance and Regulatory Obligations

Chemical trading requires strict adherence to regional and international safety, environmental, and packaging laws.

  • Suppliers must warrant that their chemical compounds conform to the technical specification sheets provided and hold all necessary ISO and manufacturing certifications.
  • Both buyers and suppliers must comply with applicable chemical control regulations, including REACH, K-REACH, TSCA, and FDA rules where relevant.
  • Users must disclose if materials require special hazmat licenses, UN numbers, or custom transport routes.

4. Risks & Liability

All physical chemical shipments and logistics bookings are subject to carrier conditions and standard maritime, air, or ground cargo rules. Under standard commercial terms (e.g. Incoterms), goods should be fully insured by the responsible party. Unless explicitly agreed in writing in a sales contract, Ascend89 is not liable for cargo leakage, transit delays, customs holds, or manufacturing defect claims.

5. User Responsibilities & Form Submissions

When utilizing our "Request Information" or contact forms, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date corporate details, contact numbers, and specification documents. You may not upload malware, submit fraudulent purchasing requests, or violate cybersecurity regulations.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
